This beautiful and elaborate prescut sandwich pattern plate with scrolls, flowers, and beaded background was produced by Anchor Hocking in the 40s to 60s. Dinner Plate is 9” in diameter. There are no chips, cracks or flaws in either plate. Several other companies produced sandwich glass and the patterns are similar. Anchor Hocking is the only one that has the double lines on the flower petals. No chips, cracks or flaws, Wonderful for use or display.. Excellent condition.
Circa 1960, Small bowl with many options for use. It has a scalloped edge, a large pattern of starbursts in medallions, which are separated by fan designs. The center of the bowl has a smaller starburst. 1 3/4" tall and 4 1/2" diameter. Nice to use and/or display. No flaws, EX Condition.
40's Depression Glass. Beautiful Early American Prescut, crystal Anchor Hocking three toed bowl. Versatile bowl for candy, nuts, sauces, etc. This Classic pattern seems to "sparkle." Scallops around rim. No chips, cracks or flaws. Mint condition. 2 2/4" tall, 6 3/4" diameter.
Wexford is an elegant diamond prescut crystal clear glass. The multiple small diamonds in the border trim come to a point, whereas the larger prescut flower like diamonds have a flat base. Plate can be used as dinner, lunch or snack plate as well as for a buffet of canapes, etc. Condition is excellent, no chips or cracks. These Anchor Hocking Glassware Patterns date back to the late 30's and 40s and can be called Depression Glass. Anchor Hocking has a prolific history and there are many sites with very interesting and historical information.
