He has the design patent number 127026, which is from the original mold Red Clear Hard Plastic, 4 1/2" tall. Each hand and leg has a crescent hole and imprints. 2 handles on the back. He is in Good Used Condition. This cookie cutter is a rare collector's item.

The history on the HRM Cookie cutters is a bit sketchy. From what I can find the
earliest Cookie Cutters were made in the 1940s by Loma in Ft. Worth, Texas. They sold their molds to HRM in 1961. HRM made the ones with the crown apparently in the 60s and afterwards. I could not find information as to when they sold the molds again. There are several of the HRM cookie cutters that are marked made in Hong Kong. These are believed to be made prior to 1961. The molds are distinctive and comparative in quality to the earliest cookie cutters. All Cookie Cutters are Hard Plastic and in good to excellent condition.
CARE OF PLASTIC COOKIE CUTTERS.
Do Not put plastic cookie cutters in the dishwasher. Always wash by hand in a mild soap. You can use a soft brush, such as an old toothbrush, to remove dough. Rinse in cool water and air dry. Wrap them separately in something soft, not scratchy, like cloth, plastic or bubble wrap and store in a box or large zip lock plastic bag. With care they may last a lifetime and become family heirlooms.

These are all Vintage cookie cutters with handles and impressed imprints. Some may have light scratches or slight whitish edge wear but all are the original 1/4" deep and will make good cookies, and Collectibles.
