MCS-1 Vintage Fitz & Floyd Demitasse Cups & Saucers Set of Four
Unique set of porcelain Demitasse Cups & Saucers with an Irish Shamrock Design. Set of Four. The cups sit inside the saucers which are recessed ½". Saucers are 3 3/8" in diameter. Cups are 3 3/8" tall and 2 ¼" diameter. There is a backstamp that reads F F and a label of F F Japan. Click HERE to see marks. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. Beautiful set in EX condition for use or display.
Hand turned pottery cup by Bear.`Mark is Bear 5 89.Color is light gray with marbleized cobalt blue around rim and handle. Top 4" diameter. Base 4 1/2" diameter, 3 1/2" tall. Nice size for any beverage as well as soup.
"Carr China Co. was founded in 1916 in Grafton, WV. Their main line of business was vitrified commercial china in white or tan (Glo-Tan). The company was suddenly shut down in 1952 when employees began discussing the possibility of forming a union."
This Beautiful Restaurantware, Very old pink Onion Cup is from a restaurant my folks owned in Oklahoma. Given to me in 1947. 3 3/4" diameter by 2 1/2" tall. Mark, Onion Carr China, Grafton W.Va.. There is a tiny 3/8" surface only hairline at the base of the cup. Looks old but no crazing or chips and color is clear and crisp. Heavy restaurantware. This pattern in restaurantware is quite rare. The saucer is white, 6" diameter. Mark isCarr China Co. Grafton W. Va. 47.It has 2 small shallow chips that you can see in the enlarged picture. Very collectible cup and saucer priced below value. Worthy addition to restaurantware collection.
